Orders are usually ready within 30 minutes of confirmation. Simply call or WhatsApp us your request to get started!
To ensure your safety and comply with health regulations, please take note of our prescription pick-up requirements below:
Original Prescription Required
While we can begin preparing your order based on a WhatsApp photo of your ID or a phone call, we cannot legally release prescription medication without receiving the original, physical paper prescription at the time of pick-up.
Valid Identification
Pharmacists are required to verify the identity of the person collecting the order. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready.
Third-party Collection
If you are sending someone else to collect your prescription, please notify us in advance via WhatsApp or phone with their name. They will also need to present the original prescription and their ID.
Pharmacist Consultation
Upon pick-up, our pharmacist may request a brief consultation to ensure you understand the dosage and storage instructions for your medication.
